Integration: youth project

Creekmoor Youth Centre

Creekmoor Youth Centre runs a session for young people with SEN and Disabilities on Monday evening from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Activities on offer include sports, game stations, a coffee bar/tuck shop, key skills, socialising and getting to meet new people along with an assortment of trips out across the year.

Entry cost £1.00 per session. Parents and carers can self-refer or are referred by the Child Health and Disability Team and Children and Young People's Social care.  

There is limited one to one support available.

Life @ Limelights

Life @ Limelights is a youth club for young people aged 16 to 19 with mild to moderate special educational needs or disabilities. The session is fully supported by trained youth workers.

Out and About Dorset

Out and About Dorset create opportunities for adults with severe to moderate learning difficulties to increase their independence and social skills in and out of the community in the Poole area.
