5. What to do on collection day
You must be at home during the agreed collection time slot on the day of collection. Please have your debit or credit card ready to pay the remaining balance that will be due for the collection of your item(s).
Please make sure all items to be collected are:
- dismantled if necessary
or we won't be able to collect them.
If we have to collect items from inside a property, they must be small enough to fit through all doorways to the collection vehicle.
We will give you a receipt for the collection of items which proves that you have exercised your duty of care.
If we can't take items because they are different to how you described them or we can't access them, we won't provide a refund.
If you need to cancel a booked collection, we can only give you a full refund of £20 if you cancel 2 working days before your collection date.
